Sarah Frank, OTR
Sarah graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2000. Sarah began working at Midwest Physical Therapy in 2012. Prior to Midwest Physical Therapy, Sarah worked for contract companies in skilled nursing facilities, home health and schools.
Sarah’s favorite thing about working at Midwest Physical Therapy is being able to work for a smaller locally owned company that values their staff and their customers. There is a lot of variety available within her position allowing her to work in multiple settings.
Sarah was born and raised in Bloomer. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys camping, snow shoeing, biking, gardening and reading.
